Using a series of vignettes, this joint program will cover various types of whistleblower investigations, including those involving anonymous and public whistleblower complaints, and complaints from attorneys. The panel also will address changes in the law regarding decisions of the Administrative Review Board as well as recent statutes that have expanded whistleblower protections.
